We ensure you that each and every product is packed and verified twice before it gets dispatched so the probability of delivery of damaged product is minimized. But we humans are vulnerable towards mistakes and it is possible you may sometimes receive product that is not up to the mark.

If there is an issue with your order such as incorrect, missing, incomplete or damaged items, please contact us immediately for a resolution. We will work with you to make things right.

Products are replaced only in case of manufacturing defects or if they get damaged during transportation. Replacement will not be made in cases of damage due to normal wear and tear, due to malfunctioning of product, and negligence at customer's end. If you fall in this case you have to notify us within 3 days of delivery and you will have to ship back the damaged product to us. You also need to send a photo proof of damaged product within the packaging intact.

The product which you returned will replaced with the same product to you within 10-15 working days. Please bear with variations in color of replaced product as everything is handcrafted so color may vary.

Due to the nature of these products, returns are not accepted and no exchanges will be made for any other reason.

We have only replacement policy we don't have any refund policy.
